I have been going to the gym for the past year consistently and have built muscle. I feel that I have built too much muscle and want to be more lean. I to stick to a healthy diet and have told my trainer that I am not satisfied with my results. I have an hour-glass figure and pick up more weight on my hips and thighs. The rest of my body is in proportion but my thighs are bigger due to my shape. How can I slim down my legs and lose this muscle that I have gained ?
